Everybody’s doing it: Sarah has her For-the-Love-of-Links Fridays, Vanilla has his Weekend Splits. I decided I need to throw my favorite links in the ring. So I’m starting “Tuesdays with Linden’s Favorite Links.” (I like links and books about spending Tuesdays learning from some old guy dying of ALS.)

I have recently started eating home-made guacamole, and now I want to try other ways of eating this super fruit. And yes, as the article says, avocados are high in fat, but in the good kind. Plus, they have fiber, which we all need.

@lifestudent: Molacajete, huh? I’m going to have to check that out. I spend what feels like hours chopping/mashing onions, tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and garlic. I’m sure it’s only like 30 minutes or something, but at the end of a long day, my attention span isn’t very awesome…

One of my summer goals is to make home-made-guacamole. But, I refuse to do so until I get one of those things used to grind all the stuff up. Crate and Barrel calls it a molcajete. So until I get one…thats my excuse.
