Thanks, Linden! I have been wanting to get healthier by running and eating better. I didn’t know where to start as far the running is concerned. I have never been a runner, so this post is exactly what I need. Now I am excited to get started!

Wow, what a great and inspiring post, Linden! And I agree with you 100%. You have to make a commitment to do it, start slowly, not give up on yourself, and ANYONE can start to run at ANY level of fitness, at ANY age. :) Keep up the runnin!

Sexy legs. I keep forgetting that that’s one thing I run for. I’m getting out with Other Sarah on Thursday. Starting to see the need to run in the mornings. My evenings have been crazy. The trouble is, I’ve only ever been able to get up and run early with you. September 10 will not come soon enough!
